Heart-centered Listening Workshop

Sometimes to be better listeners, we don't need to try harder with our minds. Heart-centered listening is Erin's take on active listening for individuals and families. Join us for 90 minutes of mind body practices paired with addressing home and work challenges, self-reflection, group sharing and tips to listen with the whole body. Erin has run this program for companies in the past, and would love to create a family-friendly group. The workshop is 90 minutes and for ages 12+. Come in person or online. Bring something to write with and wear comfy clothes to this Pay What You Can Workshop.
