This unique practice blends the deep, passive relaxation of restorative yoga – using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support your body in comfortable, long-held poses – with the healing power of optional, mindful touch. As you settle into stillness and connect with your breath, gentle, non-invasive touch may be offered consensually to deepen your relaxation, encourage the release of tension, and enhance the feeling of being nurtured and supported. This session is designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and allow your body and spirit to experience a deep sense of calm, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
