In this Sip Experience, we'll explore the new age of Australian wine. These wines have evolved significantly over the years. Once known for their jammy, ripe fruit flavors and big, full-bodied profiles, they often showcased bold notes like blackberry, plum, and black cherry. However, modern winemakers have shifted toward a more balanced, refined approach. Today’s wines still capture intense fruit but with fresher acidity, layered complexity, and a slightly lighter body, making them beautifully food-friendly and capable of aging with grace.
