Edward consults with local restaurants on their wine menus and can be hired for private wine experiences, including designing comprehensive wine pairings, storytelling, education, and more. Join us to learn from Edward's nearly 20 years of experience in the wine industry for an unforgettable evening. He was also recently in Portugal and is looking forward to sharing his new-found love for the region.

Join us for an immersive wine class exploring the rich and diverse wines of Portugal. From the crisp, mineral-driven whites of Vinho Verde to the bold, structured reds of the Douro Valley, this session will guide you through the country’s distinct regions and unique indigenous grape varieties. You’ll learn about the centuries-old winemaking traditions that make Portuguese wines so special, while tasting a curated selection that highlights both classic styles and exciting modern expressions. You'll also enjoy light shared appetizers.
