Tarot flow Workshop

Curious about Tarot but not sure where to begin?
This workshop is for you!— no prior experience or cards needed!

You’ll explore the energy of a Tarot card through movement, meditation, and expression. We’ll flow through a light Vinyasa sequence, rest into grounding meditation, and use tools like journaling, drawing, or chanting to embody what arises.

This session weaves together the three pillars of Tarot Flow—Yoga, Meditation, and Expression—giving you an intuitive way to connect with yourself and move through life with more clarity and presence.
