Transformational Breath® is a self-healing technique that helps us access the full potential of our breathing system for better physical, emotional and mental well-being. In this class, we will be gently supported and encouraged to explore the healing capacity of our own breath. This takes us on a journey deep inside, to a place of deep relaxation and calmness.
Sound Therapy is a wonderful co- modality to Transformational Breath. for the final 30 minutes of class, Jenna will be bathing us in the high vibrational sound of crystal Sound Bowls for an added layer of healing, release, and relaxation.
The class will feature breath, sound and movement as well as the use of gentle acupressure techniques applied by our trained facilitators, as we learn how to connect our breath with our conscious and sub-conscious mind in a comfortable, safe environment. This is our opportunity to close our eyes, relax and be gently guided through a sensory experience of releasing, learning and healing.

Bring 2 pillows and 2 blankets, and wear comfortable clothing please.
