Pull Party 2025

Round 1 will be a 1 rep max deadlift using USAPL rules. Divisions will be between older and younger males and older and younger females and placements will be determined using the WILKS calculator (rough strength/bw ratio)

The second round will be a bodyweight for reps competition. Lifters will have 1 minute to perform as many reps of deadlift at their bodyweight as possible. There will only be Male/Female categories for this one.

THE THIRD ROUND will be a max weight plate flip divided between girls and guys.

THE FINAL ROUND will be a one handed dinny deadlift to max no weight classes.
