Shamanic Jurney with Alyse Young

Shamanic Journeys are all about checking in with yourself, experiencing your alignment and understanding the mysteries of your soul. Reconnect with Mother Earth/Father Sky, all the Elements, Seasons, and Directions. Ground, recalibrate your Being, receive timely messages of guidance and love from your Spirit guides and power animals.

This is not a traditional “sound healing” session. You are not here to listen to a beautiful melodic sound journey, this is all about your inner world. The drum plays one single beat at a time, very strongly and with the purpose of putting you in a “dream-state” where you will journey into your multiverse. This is usually not longer than 20-30minutes.

In this state you pay attention to what the body feels, what emotions come up and what inner visions or messages are shown to you.
Alyse is an energy intuitive and Shaman and will open the space afterwards for sharing and will be able to explain anything that might have come up for you during your journey.

Please arrive 10 mins early so Alyse can sage you before you enter the space. Wear comfortable clothing. We have blankets and bolsters but feel free to bring anything else to make you feel extra comfy. If you have any small items that you would like to have blessed during the journey, you can bring them along.
