Each Sunday, from 11.55am to 1.33pm, at Palm Beach Hall Waiheke, an immersive Sound Journey await you.
It is a time a space for you to breath, release and be nurtured by the deep vibration of medicinal instrument, including Didgeridoo, HandPan, Jaw Harps, Shamanic drone Flute, Shamanic Drum, Mongolian Throat Singing (Sygyt and Khoomei), and more ! All mics amplified.
Those instruments will guide you, comfortably laying down, through a relaxing clearing and rejuvenating inner journey.
This transformative experience is designed to support your nervous system, enabling it to release tension and find a renewed sense of calm and presence.

To make the most of your transformative sound journey experience, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please silence your phone before to enter the space
- To fully immerse yourself in the journey, please arrive on time. We recommend arriving by 11.45 PM to allow for a smooth transition into the session, which will begin promptly at 11.55 PM.
