Conquering the Glen (instructional enduro style MTB Ride)

Glen Park is a SICK place to ride 🤙, but the terrain is very challenging and technical. This is Ride is designed to coach riders some technical skills and teach people the lay of the land.

Helmets are required. Elbow and knee pads are recommended.

Note: This is NOT a beginners ride. Some fitness and intermediate or above riding skills are required 👍
