PHD Summer Player Camp 1

Ice hockey player skills camp for players ages 10U, 12U, 13U, and 14U.

Head Coach and former NCAA College Player, Kieran Gardner, will run on-ice skills sessions focusing on power skating technique, especially edge work, puck control, shooting, passing, puck protection, battling for the puck and much more. On-ice will also include our exclusive cognitive training to help players' decision making on the ice.

Off-ice sessions will include MG1 Elite Performance Brain Gym for cognitive training specific to ice hockey to increase each player's reaction time, depth perception, scanning ability, information processing and much more.

Age divisions will be divided, so that players learn at an appropriate level.

Group B (13 U & 14U)
8:45am Arrive

12:00pm - 12:45pm Video review
12:45pm - 1:45pm Off-Ice
2:00pm - 3:00pm On-Ice
