PILATES FOR BEGINNERS
If you’ve been curious about Pilates but weren’t sure where to start, I just wanted to share that our Pilates classes are all beginner-focused and designed to help you feel supported from the very first session
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need flexibility.
You don’t need to be fit already.
Classes are taught at a steady pace with options given, making them ideal if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or wanting to move more comfortably in your body.
Weekly Pilates Classes for Beginners in Stone:
• Monday 7.30pm Beginners Pilates with Claire
• Tuesday 9.30am Beginners Pilates with Trish
• Tuesday 6.20pm Beginners Fitness Pilates with Hannah
• Thursday 7.30pm Beginners (Men on Mats Pilates) with Paula
• Saturday 10.30am Beginners Fitness Pilates with Hannah (from 24th Jan)
