PILATES FOR BEGINNERS
If you’ve been curious about Pilates but weren’t sure where to start, I just wanted to share that our Pilates classes are all beginner-focused and designed to help you feel supported from the very first session �
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need flexibility.
You don’t need to be fit already.
Classes are taught at a steady pace with options given, making them ideal if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or wanting to move more comfortably in your body.
Weekly Pilates Classes for Beginners in Stone:
• Monday 7.30pm Beginners Pilates with Claire
• Tuesday 9.30am Beginners Pilates with Trish
• Tuesday 6.20pm Beginners Fitness Pilates with Hannah
• Thursday 7.30pm Beginners (Men on Mats Pilates) with Paula
• Saturday 10.30am Beginners Fitness Pilates with Hannah (from 24th Jan)
