This is an invitation to carve out time for yourself and release all the labels, titles, and responsibilities. Allow yourself to receive.

Give yourself permission to seek sanctuary and surrender to the flow of Reiki.

Reiki translates to “life-force energy”. It is the belief that there is an abundant source of energy that exists in our universe. This energy is something that we all have access to, that is never ending, and always available.

During this practice, students will lay comfortably on their mat with the support of blankets & bolsters.

Hands on (or off) Reiki will be offered.

Reiki energy will be held in the space throughout the entire class.

This class will end with an extended sound bath.

Bring anything you would like to make you feel extra cozy and comfortable.
