New moons are a magnificent opportunity to set intentions for what you want to create in your life, at this time of your life. It’s also a reminder to thank the Universe for what she has already showered upon you.

Come let us settle you into a nest of comfort with hands on assists. Once Jeanette and Mert get you settled in, there is nothing to do except receive.

The gong's vibrations are known to help you release stagnant energy and bring deep emotions to the surface for healing. The gong also reduces anxiety and can help you create balance, clarity, and a sense of well being in your life.

The practice will begin with a hands on settling in by Mert and Jeanette- then a guided meditation leading into a gong bath to shower you- come feel at home in your body at home in your mind and at home in the world.
