1945 Honor Parade

Join Us This Labor Day for the 1945 Era Parade! 🇺🇸

Celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the End of WWII and honor our Greatest Generation with a one-of-a-kind historic event!

📅 Labor Day

📍 Parade Route:

• Starts at Calder Plaza

• Heads south to Lyon Street

• Turns onto Monroe Avenue

• Continues south to Pearl Street

• Crosses the river to the Gerald R. Ford Museum

🎖️ What to Expect:

• Nearly a dozen 1940s-era vehicles

• WWII-era military vehicles

• A real fighter plane from the Air Zoo

• A massive WWII flyover after the parade, viewable from the city’s bridges or Ah-Nab-Awen Park, featuring:

✈️ B-25 Mitchell Bomber

✈️ C-47 Skytrain

✈️ Six WWII-era fighters
