America arguably has had at least two Greatest Generations—the founding generation that created this country through armed rebellion, and the liberating generation that helped save the world from tyranny in World War II.

How were they alike? How were they different? What connects them? In examining these questions, we honor them and reflect on the legacy they bequeathed us.

Rick is coming to Grand Rapids as part of the Greatest Generation Celebration lecture series, featuring renowned WWII historians and authors presenting insightful lectures on the impact and legacy of the Greatest Generation.
