This hour of pampering will ignite your senses, immersing you in sight, sound, and scent. You will indulge in healthy, fresh foods and tea specific to this chakra. There will also be relaxed meditation and easy movement to center and awaken your energy. The Heart Chakra Immersion will help you feel more abundant and connected. This energy center is tied to love and compassion. Balancing the heart makes you more accepting of others and kinder to yourself. It gives us a more positive outlook and makes us more generous in our interactions. $25
