Join Our Wyoming Valley CUUPs Community for a Dark Moon Ritual Honoring Nyx!

The Dark Moon Ritual series is a monthly gathering where our community comes together to delve into ourselves. These rituals provide a sacred space for reflection, healing, and connection. Every other month, we delve into the mysteries and teachings of various deities, exploring themes of transformation, shadow work, and personal empowerment.
On alternate months, we hold a Dark Moon Sumbel, a traditional Heathen ritual that offers a period of integration for the shadow work previously undertaken. By engaging in this ritual, we weave together the threads of our individual and collective wyrd, aligning our actions with the greater tapestry that connects us all. It’s a time for spoken truths, remembered deeds, and reaffirmed commitments to personal growth and communal support.
This October, we descend into the velvet stillness of the dark moon with Nyx, the primordial goddess of Night. Older than the Olympians and cloaked in mystery, Nyx is the personification of the night itself—a vast and ancient force from which even the gods once trembled. She is the sacred void, the liminal veil, the unseen depth within us all.
To honor Nyx is to surrender to the unknown. She reminds us that darkness is not to be feared, but embraced as the source of rest, insight, and rebirth. In her presence, we are invited to sit with silence, listen to the whispers of the soul, and trust the unfolding of our inner wisdom.
Whether you are navigating grief, seeking clarity, or simply yearning for stillness in a loud world, Nyx offers her starless cloak as sanctuary. Come as you are. Let the darkness be a balm, not a burden.
