🌞 Sunset Yoga & Intention Setting – Free Community Class

Hi, I’m Joshua, a certified yoga instructor inviting you to a free, all-levels sunset yoga class for the whole community. This will be a gentle, fun, and heart-centered practice for all ages—perfect for beginners or anyone looking to ground and reset.

We’ll move through slow mindful postures, breathwork, meditation, grounding, and chanting—tapping into the power of intention. Come prepared with something you'd like to call in for yourself. This practice will be slow, intentional, and deeply restorative.

Just bring a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and an open heart.
