About Vlad Ljesevic

Vlad Ljesevic, a Business Observer 40 under 40 honoree, is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Compose (CMPSE Inc.), a tech consulting and software development firm in Sarasota, FL. Previously involved in multi-family real estate, he co-founded Sarasota.Tech—a non-profit that supports regional entrepreneurship and technology—and serves on the boards of Tickets for Kids and the Gulf Coast CEO Forum. Vlad holds a Bachelor of Laws and Economics from the University of Salzburg and represented Austria’s National Basketball Team at two European Championships. An innovative entrepreneur, he champions continuous learning, collaborative growth, and work-life balance.
