About Jessica DiLorenzo McHugh

Jessie has been guiding students of all ages through yoga experiences for over a decade.

Through her own practice, she continues to be reminded that life is precious, human connection is medicine, and each person holds unique gifts and deep inner wisdom. Her greatest wish is to guide others to recognize the strengths within each of us. With over 500 hours of training, Jessie specializes in kids and family yoga, alignment, and prenatal yoga. In addition, she has a Masters degree in elementary education and has been training teachers and school leaders in arts integration practices since 2015.
