We’ll guide you through each step with clear instructions, helpful tips, and a pinch of irony—because let’s be honest, not every gnocchi will be perfect, but that’s part of the fun.

Along the way, we’ll sprinkle in stories of Italy’s rich culinary heritage, from the Alpine kitchens of Trentino to the coastal tables of Sorrento, where gnocchi takes on delicious regional twists.
