Simply close your eyes and let the soothing sounds take you away to a calmer place. The ambiance will leave you feeling immersed in the experience!

Doors open 15 minutes before class. For everyone's safety, doors will be locked promptly at start time.

· People(s) who are sensitive or prone to motion sickness should take caution.
· Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic.
· Please expect to be barefoot during class
· NO zippers, snaps, sequins or sharp jewelry.
