Diveheart Scuba Experience at Arlington Park Pool

Join us for a Diveheart Scuba Experience in Sarasota, FL on August 2 from 1-3pm! The minimum age for participation is 10 years; parental consent and attendance are required for those under 18.

Diveheart Participant and Medical Forms must be completed prior to the event. Required forms (with exception of the medical form) are now available via links on the signup page. For participants, the medical form is available to download via the link and must be signed by a physician. For returning volunteers, the liability form and volunteer commitment must be completed yearly.
