Candlelight Christmas Eve Service - MCC Sarasota

There’s something magical about Christmas Eve, an evening brimming with anticipation, peace, and wonder. On this night, we gather to commemorate the birth of Christ, letting the soft glow of candlelight remind us of the hope that breaks into the world in the most unexpected places.

The in-breaking of the Divine One offers Hope that Lights the Way for us all.

And whether Christmas holds deep spiritual meaning for you, or you simply long for a moment of beauty, community, and quiet in a chaotic world, there is space for you here. Come as you are.

Come for the story, the music, the light, or simply the feeling of being held in community on a sacred night.

Service begins at 8 PM with refreshments to follow. Come early for special prelude music featuring special guest musician, Marvin Matthews.
