Join our head trainer, Michelle, for a special Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ class — a motivating fusion of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates that will strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling centered and recharged.
This scientifically designed workout begins with a Tai Chi–inspired warm-up, flows through yoga and Pilates sequences, and ends with a calming relaxation track. You’ll challenge your body, quiet your mind, and walk away feeling amazing.
Free for Members
Non-Members: $25 Drop-In – Arrive a few minutes early to sign a quick release.
No shoes needed. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a mat if you’d like.
