🌟1 hr of Buti w/ @tristan_st.germain followed by another hour free play dance party, all curated by DJ Sarita Sol and her epicly juicy genre bending musical selections! Afro-Latin, house, booty bass vibezz!
🌟This class is for everyone and anyone who likes to get down in a group dynamic, making fitness FUN~from first timers to fitness pros, Buti MVMNT is a fusion of yoga asana, mobility, plyometrics/cardio blasts and dance with a focus on spiral structure technique and deep core activation. Class is intuitively guided, music is the pulse of the practice!
🌟 Arrive 15 min early, get your glow on with neon UV reactive face crayons, paints, tattoos. Mingle and get ready to move and groove 7:30-8:30pm we sweat with intention!
🌟 8:30-9:30pm Now that we are warmed up we clear the mats and continue onward with a saucy fun dance party 🥳
🌟 A custom made non-alcoholic elixir beverage will be served on the house!
