Meditation, Art & Journaling Workshop at Bird's Nest

The phone is turned off. Let go of your week and make time for you. This Workshop is designed to explore another aspect about yourself through guided mindful meditation, art expression and journaling. No prior art or writing experience is necessary.


Wear comfortable clothing and bring a multi-media journal or sketchbook, all other art materials are included in class fee. This event takes place at Bird's Nest Montgomery Village, located at 525 Hahman Drive.
