Sound & Restore: International Yoga Day Pop-up

Kenzie will lead you in fully supported postures designed to release tension and calm the mind, followed by Timothy’s immersive sound experience to complete this tranquil journey. This class is ideal for those who appreciate the power of a slow, mindful practice and wish to explore yoga’s many layers: breath, posture, meditation, and felt awareness.
