Through one-on-one and group sharing, breathwork, movement, expression, and inward contemplation, together we will explore:

⭐️ What it means to discover the roots of trust and intimacy by shining a light on our relationship with Mother and the feminine
⭐️ How to actively release trauma and blockages stored in our bodies
⭐️ The integration of new tools and practices for maintaining awareness in our daily lives
