Join us for a powerful evening of connection and healing as we gather in sacred circle to explore the impact of generational patterns on our lives. This is a safe, nurturing space for women to reflect, release, and rise—together.

Through guided conversation, meditation, and energy healing practices, we’ll honour the past, bring awareness to inherited beliefs, and activate transformation for ourselves and the generations to come.

Whether you're just beginning your journey or deep in your healing work, you are welcome here. Let's shift the story—together.

* yoga mat, cushion, rug (chairs are available if preferred)
* water bottle
* pen and journal
