Chocolate Tasting

It's no secret that chocolate is delicious. But how many of us have truly savored the flavor, or let it melt in our mouths, slowly enjoying each morsel? During this workshop, taste your way around the world through a variety of chocolate samples available, including rare albino chocolate! You'll learn about the different types of chocolate, their cultivation, and why it's important to know the sourcing of your chocolate products.
