It was definitely a basic how to bake, prep and frost a cake. However, it was listed as a “cake decorating” class. There was little to no instruction as to decorating a cake. I waited almost 2 years to take this class. Most of the time it was sold out or the dates didn’t work out with my calendar. Very disappointed. Personally, taste of the vanilla cake taste was not to our liking.
