Station Tastings Featuring Chef Sanjiv of Little Chaska

Next up in our Station Tastings series with Stock Culinary Goods and PopUp Rhody is Chef Sanjiv of Little Chaska! Chef Sanjiv will be sharing how to make his rich and aromatic Coconut Curry Chicken—a comforting, flavor-packed dish layered with warm spices, tender chicken, and creamy coconut milk. He’ll walk you through his process and technique so you can bring this cozy, crowd-pleasing meal to your own table. And yes, there will be samples to enjoy! We recommend pairing it with a crisp white wine from the bar to complement the dish’s depth and spice. Guests will receive a recipe card to take home—collect all seven and earn a Track 15 gift card.
