Station Tastings Featuring Chef Alp of Tolia

Next up in our Station Tastings series with Stock Culinary Goods and PopUp Rhody is Chef Alp of Tolia! Chef Alp, our Middle Eastern and Turkish culinary expert, will be demonstrating how to make Tolia's homemade Chickpea Hummus—a silky, flavorful staple that’s all about simple ingredients done right. You’ll learn the secrets to achieving that perfect texture and depth of flavor, and of course, there will be samples to enjoy. Pair it with a glass of natural wine or a refreshing cocktail from the bar for a well-rounded tasting experience. Guests will receive a recipe card to take home—collect all seven and earn a Track 15 gift card! Plus, Stock Culinary Goods will be on hand with tools and pantry items to help you recreate this classic dip in your own kitchen.
