Free Community Paddles

Explore the Woonasquatucket! Kayak or canoe alongside our experienced WRWC Paddle Team. The WRWC hosts a sensational series of community paddles on the Woonasquatucket River each season from June through September. Join one or more of our many days for 15 - 20 min paddle. No experience required and beginner friendly. This is a great way to hone your skills and gain confidence to join us on our longer trips later in the season.

The WRWC provides canoes, kayaks, paddles and life jackets.
-All skill levels are welcome.
-Children are welcome, if accompanied by an adult.
-All participants must wear a life jacket (PFD), even if you bring your own boat and sign a waiver.
-Registration encouraged by not required
-Interpretación en español disponible
-Porta Potties and handwashing on sight
-No Cost thanks to AARP RI!
