GSF Celebration

Attention Everyone!

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Platinum Status for end of life care under the Gold Standards Framework!

To mark this achievement we will be having a party and are inviting you all to come along and celebrate with us! There will be plenty of food and refreshments.

We will also be having some information tables showcasing the work we do, a little bit about ACPs and end of life care.

We would love to see as many of you there as possible!
