Dementia Workshop: Understanding Dementia

Halmer Court Care Home in Spalding is pleased to host a new Understanding Dementia workshop, led by George Dewis, Glenholme’s Dementia Specialist. This informative session is designed to support families, carers, and members of the local community who would like to develop a better understanding of dementia.

The workshop will explore what dementia is, how it can affect individuals in different ways, and practical approaches to providing meaningful and compassionate support. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, gain insight from an experienced specialist, and leave with greater confidence in supporting someone living with dementia.

This is a free event for anyone wishing to learn more about dementia in a supportive and informative environment.
