This intimate, half-day immersion is designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and elevate your vibrational state through sound, vibration, and conscious intention.

About the Facilitator

Anne is an accredited Sound Healing Practitioner with over a decade of experience. She specialises in balancing the autonomic nervous system, supporting the body’s natural healing response, and creating safe, nurturing spaces for deep rest and transformation.
