Celebrate the magic of the Summer Solstice with us at Sinister Coffee and Creamery for a truly enchanting experience. In this Interactive Incense Blending Workshop, presented by Darcie Vélez owner of Hecate’s Hearth you’ll craft your own sacred incense blends using flowers and oils linked to June, the Fae, and ancient deities who rule over the height of summer.
Together, we will:
Work with botanicals sacred to the Fae, such as foxglove, honeysuckle, primrose, rose, lavender, and elderflower.
Blend with flowers and oils traditionally honored in June, including jasmine, linden, oak, and rose.
Learn about gods and goddesses sacred to this season — like Àine (Irish Fairy Queen), Apollo, Juno, Freya, and Litha herself.
Dive into the art of blending for magical purposes: love, protection, prosperity, and communion with the Fae.
Create your own personalized incense blend to take home, aligned with your Solstice dreams and intentions.
Expect:
A magical, interactive setting filled with flowers, herbs, and the spirit of Midsummer.
Mythology, storytelling, and guided blending practices.
Path-working, to guide you to the invisible realms.
All supplies provided — flowers, herbs, resins, oils, and beautiful packaging for your incense creation.
