Antelope Valley's Parkinson's Disease Summer Community Events

Together, we are Fighting Back Against Parkinson’s — and no one fights alone.

The Antelope Valley Neuro-Wellness Boxing Program is now offering FREE non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness classes and a monthly support group for those with neurological conditions — right here at Legacy Commons this summer! 💪

Boxing & Wellness Classes:
Saturdays, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
June 7, 14, 21, 28
July 12, 19, 26
August 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

Whether you're in your 30s or your 90s, this program is designed to help improve balance, coordination, strength and mental focus for those living with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions. Care partners are welcome too!

This program is proudly supported by a Parkinson’s Foundation Community Grant. If you have questions or need help with resources in the Antelope Valley, join a support group or call 661/270-6105
