Antelope Valley's Monthly Movement Disorder Support Group

Together, we are Fighting Back Against Parkinson’s — and no one fights alone.

The Antelope Valley Neuro-Wellness Boxing Program is now offering a FREE monthly support group for those with neurological conditions — right here at Legacy Commons this summer! 💪

Whether you're in your 30s or your 90s, this program is designed for those living with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions. Care partners are welcome too!

Movement Disorder Support Group:
Last Saturday of each month, 12-1 p.m.

July 26
August 30
