Meet Brandon
Born and raised in the Antelope Valley, Brandon has always been deeply connected to his community. His parents are both local business owners (Contractor and interior designer). He serves regularly at Highlands Church and is passionate about giving back to the area that shaped him. A graduate of local high schools and Antelope Valley College (AVC), Brandon has a strong background in leadership, construction, and business management. He also dedicated four years to AFROTC, developing a strong foundation in discipline, service, and leadership. Avid mountain biker, traveler and photographer.

Brandon has quickly risen as a top-performing real estate professional in the Antelope Valley and Los Angeles County. He was named Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams AV, ranked among the Top 20 Realtors in the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors (GAVAR), and is in the Top 5% of all Realtors nationwide, verified by RealTrends. A Mortgage Broker of over 25 years, Hadia has served thousands of clients across the Antelope Valley. Together with her husband, Sam Rafeh—the founder of the most successful real estate company in the AV—they partner to equip Veterans with proven tips and tactics for real estate success.

Meet Dexter
Dexter’s journey has been shaped by faith, family, and military service. After serving in the United States Army, including deployment on the front lines of Desert Storm, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges Veterans face when transitioning to civilian life. With a background in real estate, mortgage lending, and finance, Dexter has dedicated his career to helping fellow Veterans secure homeownership, navigate the VA system, and maximize their benefits.

Meet Roland
Roland brings 15 years of experience as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, having served in humanitarian operations in Haiti (Operation Unified Response) and combat zones in Iraq and Afghanistan (Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom). He concluded his service as a Station Commander at Recruiting Station Los Angeles. Post-service, Roland founded Romeo Echo, a real estate company dedicated to serving Veterans, and Operation Jump 22, a nonprofit committed to preventing veteran suicide through skydiving. He lives in Valencia, California with his wife Michelle and their two children.

Meet Cris
A seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer at EZ Fundings, Cris is dedicated to helping Veterans, Entrepreneurs, Spanish-speaking communities, and USC Alumni achieve their homeownership and wealth-building goals. With over eight years of experience in digital marketing and business consulting, he blends strategic insight with client-focused service. As the founder of Surge Digital Consultants, Cris helps businesses connect with their customers through brand-market fit strategies and customer-centered content. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran (2014–2018) and graduate of USC’s Master of Business for Veterans program, he’s passionate about empowering the military community through education, entrepreneurship, and access to resources.
