Farida is excited to bring back Tao Yin yoga!! This is a practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a gentle, breath-centered approach that combines flowing movements and stretching to balance the body's life force energy (Qi) and promote a sense of calm and vitality. It draws from Taoist concepts of yin and yang, aiming to cultivate a balance between opposing forces within the body. The practice involves gentle, flowing movements and deep, mindful breathing to stimulate the body's energy flow and promote relaxation. Tao yin emphasizes the connection between the mind and body, encouraging practitioners to become more aware of their internal experiences and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
