Calling all parents and caregivers! Join us on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month for Mini & Me Yoga, a special time to connect, move, and play with your little ones. This program, led by the amazing Loni, is crafted to bring the joy of yoga to kids and adults alike in a fun, nurturing environment. 🌈🧘‍♀️

Loni has extensive experience in children’s yoga, creating a safe space where little minds and bodies can explore, learn, and grow through yoga. She’s dedicated to making each session engaging and heartfelt, inspiring confidence, focus, and calm in young hearts.

This is more than just yoga—it’s a time to bond, laugh, and make memories with your mini! 🌞 Come create a foundation of wellness that your kiddos will carry forward, learning mindful practices that will benefit them for years to come.
