About the event

WORKSHOP - Knee Care & Rejuvenation with Lisa

Your knees do so much for you, let’s show them some love! First, participants will learn about the knees from an anatomical and dynamic perspective as well as common knee dysfunctions and factors that aggravate them. Then we will enjoy a 45 minute class with a focus on soothing and fortifying poses for knees. We’ll finish up with a delicious, knee-friendly savasana.
