WORKSHOP - Autumn Equinox Cacao Ceremony

Join us in community as we connect with our bodies and open our hearts. As we pass through the Autumn Equinox, we shift fully into the season of shedding, shadows, and paradox. Together we’ll shine a light on what’s been hidden, release what no longer serves, and step more lightly into this season — gathering what we need as we prepare to nestle in for winter.

Mama Cacao is a gentle plant medicine — the purest form of chocolate! Working with her helps us drop in, open up, and feel more deeply, so we can reconnect with our core values and create space for what we’re truly ready to receive. She invites us home to ourselves — into a deep remembering of who we are.

Our time together will weave ritual, cacao, journaling, movement, and heartfelt sharing — guided intuitively by the energy of the group that gathers.

*Please bring a journal and wear comfy clothes*
