Designed for those who have a foundational understanding of pelvic floor and core activation, this intermediate-level session will help you deepen that connection and build functional, lasting strength.

Led by Dr. Hannah Manik, a skilled physical therapist and pelvic floor specialist, this class goes beyond the basics. You'll be guided through intentional, focused exercises that integrate the pelvic floor, deep core muscles, and diaphragm, creating a strong and supportive core system from within.
