All Levels Vinyasa With Sarah

A welcoming Vinyasa flow for everybody and every body. Move through energizing postures, connect with your breath, and release what no longer serves you. We’ll end with restorative poses to help you feel more mindful—and a little less mind“full”—as you head into your week.

*Offered: *June 17th - July 8th 6-7pm (Tuesdays).

*Contribution: Early Bird Pricing of $44 for the series until May 31st, and then $52 until June 13th.

*Drop-In Classes are $15, but they are dependent on space. If there is room for drop-ins, I’ll open sign ups for those spots on June 14th. Advance registration is required.
